How long does it take to build a villa?

A new build runs through seven phases. Planning, design and permits take roughly five to eleven months, construction ten to twenty-four, and finishing and handover three to four more.

Who checks the contracts?

An independent lawyer, included in our fees, reviews the contracts and gives you the advice you need at every stage, from the first agreement to the deed.

Can the home be furnished before we arrive?

Yes. Our designer prepares a furniture and decoration plan from a questionnaire, and everything is delivered and installed within 24 hours on the scheduled day.
