Renovation budgets fail in the extras. A price that looked complete grows with every item that was not written down, and by the end the total bears little relation to the quote. Our answer is contractual: contracts are negotiated and revised so that every critical detail is included, and no extra charges appear later.

The second saving is in the plans. With our interior and exterior designer, included in our fees, plans are refined for the balance of cost and design before work begins, and materials are chosen from curated options in one or two meetings instead of weeks of showrooms.
