Moraira, Calpe or Benissa. Which one is for you?

Three towns, twenty minutes apart, three different lives. An honest comparison.

Moraira is the smallest of the three and the quietest, a harbour town with villas on the hills around it and a coast that runs to El Portet. Calpe is the largest, with long beaches on both sides of the Peñón de Ifach, the widest choice of property, and the most going on year round. Benissa sits between them: an inland town with a coast of coves and residential areas below it.

The right one depends on how you want to live day to day. Walk to a restaurant or drive? A beach or a cove? A view or a garden? These are the questions we ask before we shortlist, because the town decides more than the house does. Each town hall publishes its own local information: Teulada-Moraira, Calp and Benissa.
